1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using BuildInMinutes (accessible at https://buildinminutes.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

BuildInMinutes is founded by Parth Haridas and Dhruv Dhakne, headquartered in Latur, Maharashtra, India.

2. Platform Services & Merchant Accounts

BuildInMinutes provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools allowing merchants to create, host, customize, and operate independent e-commerce storefronts.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Each merchant account is granted an isolated store subdomain (e.g., yourstore.buildinminutes.store) and the capability to link a verified custom domain.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

BuildInMinutes offers transparent subscription pricing:

• Introductory Plan: Eligible new merchants pay ₹9 for their initial 30 days of service. This offer is strictly limited to one use per merchant identity and mobile/email profile.
• Regular Subscription: Following the introductory period, subscriptions automatically renew at the standard recurring rate of ₹199 per 30-day billing cycle.
• Payment Processing: All subscription billing is executed via Razorpay Autopay (recurring mandate). By authorizing the introductory or recurring charge, you authorize Razorpay and BuildInMinutes to charge your designated payment instrument on each renewal date until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Merchant Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your storefront will remain active until the end of your currently paid billing period.

4. Zero Platform Commissions & Third-Party Gateways

BuildInMinutes charges zero percent (0%) platform commission on customer orders generated through your store. You retain 100% of your sales revenue. However, you are responsible for any standard payment gateway processing fees charged directly by third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay standard 2% processing fees).

5. Merchant Conduct & Prohibited Products

As a merchant operating on BuildInMinutes, you represent and warrant that you will not sell, distribute, or promote:

• Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized trademarked goods.
• Illegal drugs, narcotics, prescription medicines without regulatory licenses, weapons, or explosives.
• Pornographic, explicit, or sexually oriented content.
• Products promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Any item or service that violates the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, or Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

BuildInMinutes reserves the right to suspend or terminate any store violating these guidelines without prior notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

BuildInMinutes and its original content, features, and platform functionality remain the exclusive property of BuildInMinutes and its founders. You retain full ownership of all product photographs, brand assets, and customer data uploaded to your individual store.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, BuildInMinutes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Latur, Maharashtra, India.
