5. Shopper / Buyer Data Relationship

When shoppers place orders on your BuildInMinutes storefront, BuildInMinutes acts solely as a data processor on your behalf. The merchant is the data controller of their end-customers' data. We never sell, rent, or monetize end-customer lists to third parties or competitors.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including HTTPS TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict Firestore access control rules, and server-side payment verification to protect your data from unauthorized access or destruction.
